Yeah, this one should be fun to hear what gets submitted and forwarded. Might even try my own self.

I'm tempted by this one...but intimidated too. To me so much of that sound was Mitch Mitchell's drumming, there ain't no program that can do that and I don't even know any real drummers that can.

Very true! I called TAXI to get the low-down on this listing. They do not want Instrumental covers of Hendrix. They want your track to sound like a late 60s recording and very much the drums, and bass, that you mention. Of course Hendrix, you've gotta have some raunch in there! I might experiment.

Ummm, probably just about anything in rock guitar you've ever heard has its origins in Hendrix, begining with distortion.

That's the truth there! Huge part of the Hendrix "Experience". Drum loops won't cut this one.
