Am I missing something or 15c / download seems a bit low? Why would anyone want to do that? For exposure / promotion? Just curious..

It is low. But if you get 1,000,000 downloads then you'll be OK
Seriously though, I was signed to this company over two years ago and they still don't have the website fully functional so I doubt you're missing out on much.
