TAXI # S110921HH - Help me understand please

I could use some clarification for the following:
CONTEMPORARY HIP-HOP PRODUCERS a la Chris Brown's "Look at Me Now", Lupe Fiasco's "Out of My Head", Eminem's "I Need A Dr.", LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem", etc., needed by a Multi-Grammy winner's new publishing company, affiliated with a Major. Your sound must be CURRENT and AHEAD OF THE CURVE. They said "dare to be different, don't be afraid to be risque!" New styles and trends are always welcome! Creative beat programming in all tempos is very cool! This is an excellent opportunity to show your skills and get your foot in the door! Vocal, instrumental and production presentation must be top-notch.
I don't understand if this is a search for hip-hop beats, or fully produced songs.
Anytime I see the word "producer", it can mean 2 different things. I don't want to waste $45 dollars submitting 3 great hip-hop beats if they are looking for complete songs with lyrics.

That last line about "vocal performance" being top notch concerns me. Is this just vocals for a hook I might have generated, or vocals for a complete song?

I'm not very sure of it, but it seems to me that if they're addressing the vocals in the listing they are looking for fully produced songs.
I think you should even try to contact Taxi (through email or phone), they are very helpful, just to be sure. :)

I agree. This can be taken several ways. I would contact TAXI for clarification. They will steer you in the right direction. It could be that they are looking for everything from fresh slammin beats to fully produced songs.

They are very helpful at TAXI.

Best,

Cisko

FYI...I called Taxi and they (the guy who answered the phone but didn't identify himself) clarified that the listing is for complete songs, with vocals, and not just hooks.

Honestly, I wasn't very confident about his response though. He read the listing while I was on the phone and didn't think about it for very long.

Again, honestly, this is all going in my "why you should give me a refund" file.

Disappointment
#1: A listing that could have easily been clearer.
#2: None of them troll this particular thread to just answer these when we post them?
#3: Time out of my work day to call them.
#4: Not feeling confident about the response on the phone.

Completely unrelated to this particular listing: the website is obnoxious. Even though I've already signed up, half my screen real estate is still ads and banners enticing me to join.

I am sticking with this, and still excited about it. I very much hope that my experience improves though.
