Do you think this means that submissions should be of this length only ...

I think thats what I'll go for - though that does make it quite tricky to establish anything of substance

They usually say if a time limit is required.
If you can submit a 15 sec piece, go for it.
It will probably increase your chances.

I took that approach and made mine 15 seconds, so let's hope that's what they wanted!

Well, got it done in time ...
Being in the UK, a 10pm deadline for you is 6 in the morning here - not sure whether that helps
I went for the 15 seconds too ... its on my taxi page - reFlex. Listening to some of the other submissions I can hear there is a common thread in the interpretation .. which must mean something? .. maybe.
