Hi Folks,
When the listing says no later than Sept 26 but does not give a time, what time do they mean -11:59 PM?
PST?

" All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than Wednesday, September 26, 2012. TAXI #S120926PO"

Hi Rob,

I actually called TAXI regarding this once, and they told me 11:58pm! I don't know if that was an isolated instance, - but I wouldn't try to cut it that close if possible - you don't want to run the risk of their server being too inundated at the last second with everyone else trying to upload to the site (if that is possible)!

My understanding is when not specified, the time is 11:59PM Pacific Coast Time (PST). Once the clock strikes midnight in Calabasas, CA the listing turns into a pumpkin.
