#U121105PO- Pop/Singersong TV AD

I remember Taxi usually suggesting in the past to have a fade out ending as opposed to a button for the artist/AD agency type listings. I am currently working something up and I'm not sure if I should button it or not? Any suggestions? Thoughts? Much appreciated.
Here's the listing:
WORLD-RENOWNED MUSIC PUBLISHER working with a TOP AD AGENCY needs CURRENT POP and SINGER/SONGWRITER SONGS for a NATIONAL TV COMMERCIAL.
QUOTING THE SOURCE: "We're looking for POSITIVE, UPLIFTING songs with MALE or FEMALE vocals a la Feist, Sara Bareilles, Katie Herzig, Jack Johnson, and Jason Mraz." Songs can be INSPIRATIONAL or ANTHEMIC but not somber or too saccharine. Avoid songs that may sound too mature, serious or Adult Contemporary. MID-to-UPTEMPO SONGS will work best. Your SONG should feature ORGANIC instrumentation (like an ACOUSTIC GUITAR or PIANO) and be propelled forward by a STEADY BEAT.
Instrumentation and performance MUST sound TOP-NOTCH, CURRENT, and CONTEMPORARY. It's IMPORTANT that your SONG sounds like an ARTIST and NOT like a production music library track. Broadcast Quality is needed (excellent home recordings are fine). As always, do NOT copy or rip off the referenced artists or their songs in any way, shape, or form! NO SAMPLES of other songs or artists can be incorporated into your track. The estimated fee for this license is $15,000-$30,000 total. If your Song is chosen, the Publisher will contact you DIRECTLY. The Publisher offers a standard 50/50 deal. Please submit one to three songs online. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS. NO FULL CRITIQUES FROM TAXI. Submissions must be received no later than Monday, November 5, 2012, 9:30AM PDT. TAXI #U121105PO
