Why Can't Dispatch Listings be added in with the Regular Listings?

I've recently re-joined Taxi and I was considering upgrading to Dispatch. I'm just wondering why the Dispatch Listings can't be added in with the regular listings on a real time basis without charging us an extra $150 to upgrade?

Assuming I'm understanding your question correctly...it's because Dispatch is like a separate unit within Taxi. The listings are different and the demands on screeners, other Taxi staff, and members are different. Deadlines are shorter.
I've gotten good results from Dispatch, and it's really pretty inexpensive for what it is.
EDIT: Not to mention that the price is pro-rated - for example, if you join 6 months into your membership, the price is about $75.
