A little confused where to find Dispatch Listings

I just joined Dispatch today... and am a little confused as to where the listings are.
i do see the Dispatch Button from the Submission page --- and also the Drop down menu.
When I see the listings there, there are only 9 of them? Is this true, or is there more somewhere else? Are
these the only listings currently? Will
I receive an email each day with more?
