How to receive Dispatch emails?

I've been considering adding Dispatch to my membership. I've read advice on this forum stating that a perspective Dispatch member should sign up for the Dispatch emails for a bit first, to see if the listings are the kind that would be useful to the perspective Dispatch member.This sounds like a good idea to me, but I can't seem to figure out how to sign up for the Dispatch emails without actually adding Dispatch to my membership.
