Just under the wire I was able to get a 45 second trailer cue done and put into a montage of three older pieces.TRAILER MUSIC COMPOSERS are sought after immediately by a very successful music and sound design company whose clients include MGM, Sony Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Disney, WB Pictures, The Weinstein Co., Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Vivendi Games, Pandemic Games, Mitsubishi and more. This company is looking for composers who can write in the styles of Action/Suspense/Thriller and is especially interested in hearing great action drum cues. You should be able to write with high quality orchestral and percussion samples, virtual synths and effects. The ability to provide an excellent Pro Tools mix is a huge plus but not mandatory. You MUST be able to meet strict deadlines and be available for revisions and quick turn around projects. Fingers crossed!!!http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... am=trueThe first piece on there is the new one.Cheers!!Mazz

Yeah man, sounds great!! I really like the energy of all the pieces. The fat juicy synths on the second piece were particularly nice to me. But they're all good. Hope you do well with them.[edited to remove a link which no longer exists]Like you, I submitted a montage of some new stuff along with some older pieces. The trailer I finished today has the SFX and dialogue mixed in, which I guess could be good or bad. Good because they can hear/see how it all comes together, bad because the music is a little low in the mix (even though I pumped it up a bit for the demo).--Andy.

Yeah, I've had a really busy fall, which as been great, but it's put a damper on the whole Taxi thing. I think this trailer listing was one of the first I've submitted for in months. I was surprised at how fast the forward notification came back though... no calls yet though. I've been lurking around here and there... missed the Rally though. Maybe next year.

I had a forward for this as well...(I must've been on vacation when they changed how you provide a direct link to your songs so I don't know how to do it anymore, but you can hear it on my taxi page...)
