Thinking of dropping a line from each verse to make them all three liners. Thoughts on the lyric, and/or suggestions are appreciated.

A pretty tried and tested subject matter but think you have something here.

A few suggestions for improvements, in the second verse the use of drunk twice so close together doesn't read right maybe rethink those two lines. Also the third verse doesn't match the syllable count of the rest so a rethink on that as well

I also think the chorus needs tweaking slightly:

My suggestion is maybe like this

I got those bottom of the bottle blues
She's outta love, I'm outta booze
When you hit rock bottom it's sure bad news
I need some more so I don't lose
I got those bottom of the bottle blues
