The Siamese from Bombay(c) 2006 V.L. Flawith (Socan, Ascap). Us tabby cats were congregatin' in the alley by the church, watchin' Koko as he conjugated passive English verbs;that old Feline pawed the stage with a lop-side magic grin, tail flickin' in the lamplight, as he snuck a lick of gin. 'I like my tiddle' he whispered to us in a husky tone,'and now I'll play my fiddle until the Sun comes home--watch me play!' said The Siamese from Bombay... Yeow! Meow! Streetch!Purr purr purrYeow! Meow! Howl!Sweat poured off his furYeow! Meow! Streetch! He kicked up quite a stir;sawin' & bawlin' til the break of day, winkin' his one good eye in his catty way,The Siamese from Bombay. That Rainbow cat from Staten Island opened one eye in her sleep, lookin' lazy on her stylish doormat just across the street,Koko's sawing filled the night with a wildly crazy tune-and Rainbow rose up frisky, since she'd slept all afternoon. She entered stage right, and began to dance with a catlike twist,(her) eyes flashed like yellow daylight and her box-step was brisk-'oh, I say!' said The Siamese from Bombay... Yeow! Meow! Streetch!Purr purr purrYeow! Meow! Howl!Sweat poured off his furYeow! Meow! Peabody, that old hairless tomcat, leaped up angry on the stage,Rainbow kept on dancin', (the) careless dingbat, fillin' him with rage,Koko's playing got more desperate as he tried to calm them down-then Rainbow's whiskers brushed his... and he couldn't make a sound. The mad old tom hissed, but Koko slowly winked his only eye,(then) Rainbow gave her man a long kiss, and everybody sighed.'that's the way!' said The Siamese from Bombay... Yeow! Meow!
