Distant diamonds in a bed of darkness
To a nursing fawn

Midnight’s silver slipper
Morning’s golden rays
Roaring thunder
Raging seas
Lord, I know that these

From whale songs in the night ocean
To ducks on a pond
From blooming roses on a frosty hillside
To the great beyond

I read your word

I bend my knees
