My first year submitting to Taxi. Can YOU guess the forwards?

I've just finished up my first year as a member of @TAXI Independent A&R. Over the course of the year, I submitted to several INSTRUMENTAL cue calls (and even had a few forwards!). More importantly, I learned a TON from the wonderfully giving community and many many re-runs of Taxi TV. I'd like to think that I am a much better sync writer for it and can't wait to see what the next year has in store!

There was a fantastic recent TaxiTV with Greg Carrozza (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YN0g09HexJI) where he compared his early work with his later work. I thought it might be fun (and a way for me to contribute to the community) to flip that script and do something similar from the newbie point of view. Can YOU guess the songs that made it past the screeners? I'll share some of the feedback, tell some stories, and try to give some idea of what the experience has been like from the newbie side.

Big thanks to those that stopped by. We got a bit of a late start due to technical issues, but the broadcast itself was lots of fun! 🙂 If nothing else, hopefully it showed a bit of what the newbie life is like and helps to convince others of the value of Taxi. As I said in the video, putting this livestream together only gave me that much more appreciation for what Michael and everyone at Taxi makes look so simple. Here's the correct link.

Thanks!! I was really glad I hadn't written 300 tracks by the end of it! :)
