I am working with a collab producer, I met at the 2022 Road Rally, on BABY Punch My Face, and I will keep you abreast. Her name is Danielle Taylor, and she is helping me make the song the best it can be made into.

She has suggested a few rewrites which I accepted. She told me I can either make this song for myself, or be willing to change it and make it commercial, and a song that the listener wants to hear, so I put my ego on the shelf. What the hell do I got to lose? I have tried with this song since 2010 and haven't gotten anywhere. Danielle also told me she'd help me get it out. She has already hired a guitarist.

Here is her rendition, strictly for me to use as a guidelines to the guitar provided. She said she will fluff the guitar up, add drums and synth. This is only a very rough draft edit of better things to come:

I guess like most here I'm interested in sync licensing and that's not really the same thing as "getting famous on the internet" which I have zero interest in whatsoever.

Happy to give feedback on songs in context of Listing, Submissions or Returns etc if it helps anyone out but this gig is about constantly showing up with new material , writing dozens if not hundreds of tracks and trying to get them into good libraries and into the hands of those who can make good use of them.

Relying on a song you first wrote in 2010 to go viral has a verly slim chance of success, but who knows in the era of Tik-Tok maybe your new producer will come up trumps. Good luck with it but I won't be tuning in.

TAXI is not the vehicle to take you where you want to go (pun intended);
it's not designed nor intended to build an Internet (or social media) audience and following.

You might try having your own YouTube channel - as it appears you may already have - is just one place from which to start.

The new recording with guitar is not a broadcast quality recording and the female vocal is not very good at all.

But more important, "Baby Punch My Face" comes off like it's promoting domestic violence which makes it a total non-starter. I know you've been pushing this song for 12 years now, but time to let it go. OR... Change it to "Baby KISS My Face" and change lyrics as needed to support that. "Baby Kiss My Face" and the rhyme with "basket case" still works and it a clever one. But you have to lose the violence.

Also, you are not going to get famous. Or at least it's 99.99% odds that you won't. Instead of working toward fame, a more reasonable goal would be get some tracks in music libraries and maybe get a TV placement.

What? Four days between your initial post and subsequent frustration at your lack of fame? I'm shocked. SHOCKED I say!

You need thick skin to be successful in this industry, this thread should help you develop some.

When I was on these forums in 2008 (under another account) many, many people would answer every post I wrote.

Now, I am having to beg for feedback.
