This really has nothing to do with music - other than the fact that I used some of my own hard rock music for it. But this is definitely shameless self promotion.... emphasis on the "shameless"! It's 1:40 of me with no shirt on, as I prepped for a couple more physique / bodybuilding competitions last Fall. For those that saw me at the Road Rally in 2023, that was one week prior to the last show I competed in, so if I looked and acted like a zombie, that would explain why!
