This is my modern orchestral track. Beat it up! It's the only way I'll learn.

I think this is sounding good. You're in the ballpark for TV cues IMHO
I have some nitpicks but nothing too major that can't be easily remedied.
1. The overall mix tonality feels too dark to my ears and possible a little muddy, so make sure to reference it with similar tracks from good libraries and maybe tweak the master EQ
2. The Cello part in the intro seems to die away as you get towards 12s when I feel it should be increasing in intensity and volume to ramp us up into the main track. This makes the transition feel slightly like a let down instead of increasing our excitement for what's to follow.
3. At 34s the transition into the next section feels a bit clumsy. I think you should see if you can have more definitive stop down so it makes for a better edit point before you go to the next section.
4. 1.03 - I think you could make more of that litle part there maybe try doubling the strings up the octave to give it a final push before you drop back down again at 1.06
5. Similar comment for the ending as above, just try and make everything biggger
6. Think about using more transitional elements as you move between sections, little risers and hits etc.
Other than that I think it's nicely written, just needs an extra 10-15% on the production side to polish it more.
