Arranger/Producer Wanted for R&B Songwriter

Looking for an arranger/producer who can take my lyrics and basic melody and add the bells and whistles for a hit song.
It would help if you have R&B male and female vocalist in your location. We can fine tune our commitment and cost for vocalist if you are the right fit.
