Looking for lyricists/topliners/singers.

Hi all,
I'm a Belgian music-professional currently residing in Australia. I compose, engineer, mix and produce music for a living. Lately I started to prioritise my professional attention towards songwriting and I have been writing daily for the last eight months now. However, I do feel that working on my own is blocking the process a bit, especially in the lyric department as a non-native speaker. Therefore I'm pro-actively calling out here to look for co-write opportunities.
I'm looking for:
- Lyricists
- Singers
- Topliners
- All or a combination of the above.
- Good communication and follow-up (No weeks of waiting for a simple written feedback)
- Ability to record their own vocals is a plus.
- I would love to work with passionate people who take their craft and passion as serious as I do. (Music is my means of income so I have to).
I offer:
- Equal share in rights if you're a co-writer/lyricist (Don't care if you write one note or all of them, always equal shares.)
- 10% IP for people who provide their singing services (no writing involved). Exchange for producing/engineering services is negotiable.
- Good communication and follow-up
- Very strong work ethic from my part ( I write, look for opportunities in and out of TAXI, pitch to multiple A&R's and publishers, network on a daily basis).
I'm currently managed and mentored by a big publisher in Australia and Europe to make sure I improve in what I do. I am NOT contractually obliged to him, however we do exchange briefs and opportunities on a daily basis.
Sorry for the long request but thought I might make it very clear who I'm looking for. I wasted to much of my little time already on the "Yeah we definitely should work together!"-kind of people who never took the time to listen to one song but are happy to spend several hours a day on social media. Novice and professionals.
Thanks in advance for indulging me!
Cheers
