Hello everyone.

My name is Jake Shives

I am a Protools certified Recording/Mixing engineer from Detroit, Mi.

I have my degrees in Audio Engineering and Music Production.

Along with my formal training, I have logged over 20,000 hours as an Audio Engineer in Detroit's most notable studios.

Local work here in Detroit has slowed down somewhat, as I assume is the story in most of the world.

I am posting in the Collaboration Corner to offer my Mixing capabilities to anyone who might not be able to get the best results in the mixing stage of their music.

I have worked with a few Taxi members here in Detroit, but I thought "Why not offer myself to all Taxi members?"

I realize that what happens once a conversation goes to email almost never gets acknowledged, but it's just starting to dawn on me how much time and frustration you have saved me with some tracking issues. I didn't want to let that slide without giving you a shout.
