seeking producer for a/c superstar forwards

had these a/c ballads forwarded for female superstars a while ago. despite lacking in production (screeners own words) they were forwarded simply based on the songs strength. i'm thinking that upgrading the production/sound might give the tracks a better chance of getting somewhere. so i'm looking for a skilled producer who LISTENS TO THE MAINSTREAM CHARTS ON A REGULAR BASIS. (as a collab, NOT work for hire).
