Topliner for mainstream top40 Pop

Hi,
New member, first post.
I´m looking for a collaboration with a good topliner that is into top40 kind of pop.
You don´t have to be the greatest singer, as im looking just for good vocal melodies first.
If you write lyrics that´s nice too, but not important at this stage.
Its good if you can deliver modern phrasing, think Zara Larsson, Fifth Harmony, Selena Gomez etc.
