Top Line Singer Needed

I'm looking for top line male or female singers for dark Southern Gothic Project for TV sync. We'll be splitting any proceeds 1/3 to me, 1/3 to the lyricist and 1/3 to the singer.
Female sound = the bands Dorothy, and Delta Rae
Male sound = low, loose and gritty

Typically, I will supply the music and lyrics along with a scratch vocal. You are free to disregard the scratch vocal and create your own melody.
This is a fun, expressive genre and I'm fulfilling a request for a Music Library that has clients needing it.
