Vocalists/topliners with recording chops for collaboration?

I'm interested in networking with vocalists, toplining is a plus, to collaborate on songs to pitch. I have primarily been producing and pitching instrumentals and getting a good amount of forwards, but I am also a lyricist/songwriter (historically mostly country), just not confident enough in my vocal abilities. I can do BGVs, and mix/master. I also have a deal with a great publisher that primarily pitches songs for Film/TV/advertising (thank you Taxi!), and we could pitch directly there as well.

You'd either have to be in the Boston area with transportation to come to my place, or else be able to record vocals on your end, and ship them to me for mixing/etc. I'm interested in all genres. Here are a few examples of my recent work:

Vintage Disco: https://soundcloud.com/stansongman/love ... ht/s-VAeuE
Hip-Hop: https://soundcloud.com/stansongman/it-aint-free/s-LfH5v

This is older, but was placed on "Switched at Birth". (Red Marlow sang on the track)

Let's get together and make some music!
Thanks,
Stan

I listened to that country track. Holy crap, I thought I was listening to Garth Brooks! Every inflection. The little nuance and vocal flutters. I'm seriously creeped out -- in a good way. I don't listen to much country but I do love me some Brooks. Well done!

Thanks! Of course, that was a Nashville production, I've never taken anything on like that in my own studio. Red Marlow is a great artist, he was recently on The Voice. Why that guy did not get a major deal I'll never know. I cowrote that with two other people when I was living in town.

I'm a singer-songwriter with contemporary vocals and have my own home studio. I'd be up for toplining and singing on collabs.

Hey!
I'm more than happy to topline for you. My voice is best suited in singer/songwriter, acoustic, folk and ballad style songs. I am in Melbourne Australia but can send stems through from my studio set up at home.

Feel free to email me if interested,
Shalee
