Looking for a collaborator

Hi folks,
I've been a Taxi member for 6 months, but been writing and playing music for a lot longer.
I'm an indie-folk singer songwriter. I write produce and sing songs in acoustic styles ranging from stomp and clap indie folk, to guitar and vocals singer songwriter type stuff.
Though I've had several forwards, I have not been contacted as a result of these forwards.
I'm interested in collaborating with someone who has more miles and successes under their belt than I do at this point. I want to learn as much about the business as I contribute.
I have also been forwarded on a few cues including indie acoustic and dark drones.
