Hello Taxi folks!

After careful consideration, we are ready to expand our current "Song Production" team for collaborative productions.

Key attributes required:

* Responsive - able to "close the loop" when collaborating, don't leave us hanging
* Fast Turnaround - able to help complete a track from start to finish within 10-14 days, or faster
* Easy Going Personality - no drama queens or egoists, please
* Leveling Up - committed to improving your skill set over time
* Productive - we are producing 100+ tracks per year, some of those will be Songs
* Ethical - we operate like the Musketeers - all for one and one for all - everyone who contributes gets an equal share
* Flexible - able to contribute to more than one genre or style of track, ideally

We do not have the ability to create Work for Hire agreements - all collaborations are split evenly among contributors so we will share any sync fees and back end revenue.

I "shop the tracks" via Taxi and other methods, so you must be OK with allowing me to claim Master Rights for the purpose of licensing the track. I also maintain a Taxi membership and pay any "discouragement fees" out of my own pocket, so there is no financial burden on you if you join our team.

Your next steps:

Review some of my tracks to see if my current productions speak to you - if not, no sense in trying to collaborate, right?

Then Contact me if you feel we may have a good fit.

NOTE: Creative chemistry is a delicate thing, so personality match is critical, and more important than your current skill set.

Best place to learn more about me, and hear some of my tracks, would be on my website, jaywilliamsproductions.com

Best place to contact me if you are interested in collaborating, would be via email: hagartyrealty2@gmail.com

Thanks so much for checking out my post, have an awesome day!

Jay :)
