need producer for pop/dance song

hi.
i'm looking for a producer on this dance/pop track:

it also needs a female singer. my main goal is to pitch to recording artists, but i'm open to any opportunity. the lead vocal part is played by the calliope flute sound, starting at 0:14. you'll find the lyrics under the track.
