New-ish Member Question: How to Find Other Members??

Hey all, I have two somewhat embarrassing questions:
If I know a fellow member's name -- but not necessarily how to spell it -- then (1) how do I find their profile on TAXI so I can listen to their music, and (2) how do I find them on the forum to send them a message?
I'm asking primarily because I heard a tune called "Make Sho'" by someone named "Bray Lenny" (sp?) on a recent TAXI TV episode, and I'm interested in collaborating with that person.

It sounds weird, but I haven't had good luck with that route in the past. It worked in this case, though, so thank you!
Any ideas for finding someone's TAXI profile and/or forum username? Is there a way to do that on the TAXI website that I'm missing, aside from just manually trying "
www.taxi.com/members/your-name-here" ??

No I don't think there is apart from you might see some folks on the forward blog and can see their page via that

I think ML explained in the past that they wanted to prevent stalking (especially of female members).
Ah, that makes total sense now. I can get behind that.

I used to get stalked all the time by young women who heard my music.
It's not easy being me!
Seriously, it can be a real issue and Taxi does need and want to protect people's privacy as much as they can.

Seriously, though - there have been times I wanted to contact an individual on these Forums, who I might only know by their 'handle';
but as you point out, the Forums INDEX and list of members isn't set up like a phonebook/directory.
Even though you can login and select 'hide' - you're NOT hidden on this public platform.
Going to the bottom of the page reveals ALL who are using this site in real time - there's no real privacy option for being here.
Also - whoever is managing this site doesn't seem to pay attention to the daylight-savings time change, and so the time stamp is an hour out-of-sync
with PST.
My 2 cents. I still visit here daily, because, like a box of chocolates: you never know what you're gonna get.

Song is on the Taxi Fowards Blog now along with the members profile link

Thanks all! I contacted Brae through his website less than a week ago and we have since collaborated to develop and record a full song. Pretty much finished now, and I'll most likely upload it to my TAXI profile once I've slept on it once or twice. I consider this a TAXI win, even if it doesn't get placed anywhere.
