I wrote this song after reading the listing below. I'm realistic enough to know that it requires alot more than my vocals/melody/musicianship can deliver for this genre. But with 9 days to go, anything is possible .If any country folk think this song is a strong enough start for the listing, let me know if you want to work on it. The first verse/chorus is hosted here: http://5090.fawm.org/songs/2904/I think you'll need to be able to sing and play at least guitar in an authentic country manner to help this song become a contender. I'm totally open to lyric suggestions too. Here's the listing:"FUNNY, CLEVER, COUNTRY ROCK SONGS needed by the Producer of a well-known TV Show featuring America's funniest home videos. He's looking for songs lyrics that work well with pratfalls and embarrassing situations. Songs should be uptempo, with clean (family friendly) and clear (easy to hear) lyrics that make sense. Vocal and instrumental performances should be top-notch! Broadcast quality is needed (excellent sounding home recordings are fine). Please submit one to three songs online or per CD, include lyrics. All submissions will be screened and critiqued by TAXI and must be received no later than Wednesday, August 26, 2009."Cheers all!

Personally since they are already in cast, I would prefer the Chorus be "When you fell for me, I fell for you"
