Looking for a female vocalist -- NY

I have an R&B/Hip-Hop track that I feel is really good. It's mostly written, but am definitely open to other ideas for lyrics/melodies. It's in the vein of Ciara. It's an uptempo, clubbish-type track. I want someone who is also able and willing to perform. I live in Long Island, and our studio is in lower Manhattan.
