looking for pop/rock songwriters (composers) and singers

Hello to everyone 
I was on here around 5 years ago, as part of my everlasting search for people who can make awesome music to go with my lyrics. Life and studies got the better of me, but now, several years down the line, I realized I have the time (and money, finally!) to work on songwriting again.
I have been collaborating with musicians since I was 14 (yes, 14), which makes it (a long) 10 years since that first song and a fair bit of experience with regards to what works, what's difficult, and the effort it takes to get things done.
So here is what I am offering:
Uplifting lyrics about human nature, growing up, being yourself and being different; some love songs that tell stories (ie not the kind you are sick of hearing on the radio), and a few songs about specific themes like war, death, and fictional characters from movies and tv shows (but you wouldn't know they were about that if I hadn't told you).
What I am looking for:
1) Anyone who can come up with good melodies and/or music. Preferably not slow-paced music.
You get to choose the song you want to work on. If you come up with the melody or music, song rights are split 50/50. We then find a singer to record the song (costs split 50/50) and get the song to interested parties for possible deals (via Taxi forwards for example). I also want to simply get people to hear my songs, via Youtube and whatnot.
2) I am also looking for singers who can do "cover" versions. Except instead of different music it will be different lyrics to exisitng, known songs. Once again, mostly pop/rock style (mostly female vocals but some songs need male vocals). I am willing to pay for this.
Before you ask (FAQ):
-I do not sing (I try but it's painful to anyone around me ).
-I do not play any instruments to a level where I can compose so please do not ask me to come up with a melody. I wish I had that gift but my talent lies with words.
-Yes I have worked this way before and gotten some great results.
-Yes I am ok with changing my lyrics to better fit the music.
-Sorry but I do not really have time to write lyrics for your music, on demand. I prefer to write when inspiration hits me on the head
