no joy here - looks great, but no dice this time.

you get the kick drum one too?

just the main one.

The big selling point for me is the external side chain. I can duck parts of an instruments spectrum dependent on the existence of another instrument i.e. dynamic mixing.

e.g.
You can have a bass sc into a kick so that just a part of the audio spectrum of the kick is ducked i.e. leave the top end of the kick but remove the bit that clashes with the bass and muddies the bottom end of the mix up.............. this only happens when they both sound at the the same time, otherwise both sounds remain the same

I saw that, I just bought the Melda dyn eq last month on sale, so it was too late for me, though I did buy 3 of their other plugins, great stuff! Then not long ago I jumped on the Elysia Alpha Compressor email offer. I think I'm set for awhile.
