EWQL Silver Orchestra... What the h&*% ??? I mean, I could have copied the bits and made the registry entries myself by now if they just shipped the source code for the installer.
They ship 2 discs and a sheet of paper that says, 'The software on these discs is out of date, please download a movie with instructions...' Really, a movie with instructions? There were 3 different updates I had to install, one for play, one for the 'authorization wizard', and one for the orchestra itself.
Finally, their install routine that ships on the disc (Who the heck uses 'wise' installer to create .msi files anyway?) doesn't prompt for disc 2. At a certain point it gives you a screen that says, 'Press the Finish button once the library has stopped installing', WTF, how about you telling me once it's done copying...
I don't care how good their stuff is, if they can't write a better install routine than this It'll be a long time before they see anymore of my cash.
