Have the iPad , apogee quartet , ni kontrol combo going on spring vacation in rainy Sedona. GarageBand has gotten much more useful over the past couple years. All kinds of fun new stuff in there!

Just turn your monitor or phone upside down....

Hi Sam!
Great rig. Couple of observations: Would the NI M32 not be a better option as it has a smaller footprint than the A25 and is the Quartett not an overkill being on the road?
Cheers,
Matt

Keyboard was gift for wife and quartet works as a usb interface and audio interface. There are certainly smaller/l8ghter options. We went with that keyboard version for the full sized keys.

Here's what I made. The main issue I ran into is the quantizing is either all or nothing - or at least that is what is seems like. Left everything as played, so there is definitely some 'humanizing' in there :)

I used two drum samples on cloud storage and loaded them into the sampler. The sampler can only hold 1 sample, so that is also kinda weak. I think it turned out kinda cool though. Everything else is alchemy synth, strings and asian touch instruments. About 1 hour of work and no revisions - straight out of GB.
