The "shag"-style hairdo, when tolerated, is probably the easiest to do... though it requires some acrobatics and balance.
In a bent-over position, with the top of your head towards the floor - all the hair (that one might still have) gets combed straight down.
Then, it's a simple matter of cutting one line/length parallel to the floor.
Voilá... you're back in the 70s, Man!!

I might mention that to my wife. For myself, even if I let it grow, I fear the bald patch is too expansive already.
