two placements from a publisher I met at the rally

I had such a cool gig come up a couple weeks ago. A library owner I met through the road rally on my first year recently contacted me about some custom fiddle work for a documentary he was supplying music for. It was a fast turn around as he contacted me in the evening and the next day I sent him a couple fiddle cues that we ended up collaborating on. Later that day he told me he'd gotten the thumbs up from the editor, and that the cues we did were perfect. I just heard from the publisher that both cues were placed in the documentary.
This also resulted in my getting signed with another great library. Taxi and this community are so amazing. There's no where else that I've had that kind of deal come about from the relationships and interactions with the industry professionals and members that all use Taxi's services.
Thanks so much Michael and the Taxi staff for building avenues that allow us artists/composers to cross paths with placement opportunities.
