just a quick update. its been sometime since I posted here as I have taken a break for a couple years from producing. I really miss the Taxi rallys and my Taxi friends but life justs gets in the way sometimes. Maybe someday I might start producing again.

anyway thought I'd post that Taxi does work as not only did I receive payment for a Fox Tv placement in Jan this year I have also received just now some royalties. I was pleasantly surprised ..Fox Tv pays well!

This placement wasn't directly through a Taxi forward but through a library that comes to the Taxi rally and a collaboration with another taxi member.

So hope this post gives some some hope. I have about 24 tracks out there in libraries so I'm sure more placements are coming but it takes time.

For what it's worth/IMHO - it's a sign of good character that you post your report here, exhibiting the pay-it-forward class and respect that makes many stand up and take notice of TAXI & its "peeps"; even though you've been 'away' for awhile. Congrats on the success with your productions.

Also, been away for awhile, but checks from songs I didn't even know were out there, are earning monies! Got to keep fishing poles in water. Most of my material now goes directly to libraries and supes.
