Library Deal for Dark Pop Music Trailer Tune

Hey guys!
So I've had this news sitting on this exciting news for a while now, but only today finally signed the deal and can officially says its a go!
The track that I've had signed is called "Freedom", and is located on my taxi page here: https://www.taximusic.com/hosting/home. ... ist=shalee
We got the forward 5 days after the deadline, and then got the offer from the library 3 hours after getting the forward! I took one look at the Music Libraries website, clientele and placement list and nearly died on the spot. I'm beyond thrilled to be signed with this US Library and am hoping to build a relationship with them over time to represent more of my music.
It's taken a month to get sorted because of a very silly hiccup, and I'm just so relieved that it's all worked out for me anyway.
Basically, the moral of the lesson is this: if you're aiming for a library, make sure EVERYONE involved is registered with a PRO organisation. I've spent the last month dealing with the consequences of this when my collaborator turned out to not be registered, so I thought I'd add that quick one line in to save someone else the grief I've had to go through. But alas, a lesson learned and everything turned out well in the end!
This was the listing:

ORIGINAL TRAILER-Style POP SONGS with FEMALE Vocals are needed by a highly experienced (and successful) Music Licensing Company with lots of placements in A-List Films and TV Shows. The Company needs Songs in All Tempos that are in the general stylistic wheelhouse of (but not limited to) the following references:
AFTER | Official Trailer: Ariana Grande - Dangerous Woman
Fifty Shades Of Grey | Official Trailer: Beyonce - Crazy In Love \(Fifty Shades of Grey REMIX\)
The Girlfriend Experience | Official Trailer: FKA Twigs - Two Weeks
Please submit compelling Pop songs with a cinematic quality that would play well in dramatic Film Trailers and/or TV Promos. Your production approach can vary as long as it's on par with current Blockbuster Trailers -- in other words, it has to be really, really good! Please be sure to have a well-performed vocal with a haunting, moody texture and vibe.
Although the company didn’t give us any specific lyric theme suggestions, we think edgy, dark, and empowering lyrics would work well in this context. Avoiding specific names, places, dates, times, brands, and profanity could increase the probability of a Music Supervisor using your song(s). Do NOT copy the referenced artists or songs in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a guide for tempo, texture, and tone. Broadcast Quality is needed.
The Licensing Company offers an EXCLUSIVE deal. You’ll split all upfront sync fees 50/50. They’ll get 100% of the Publisher’s share, and you’ll get 100% of the Writer’s share. You must own or control the Master and Copyright. Since this is an EXCLUSIVE deal, please be sure the material you submit for this pitch is NOT already signed with other Libraries or Catalogs. Please submit as many Songs as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - short critiques only. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT) on Monday, July 15th, 2019. TAXI #Y190715PS
I also signed with a Publisher last month on a song by song basis, and my first song that is due to be signed is none other than my TAXI top 10 tune Clingy.
It's been a good few months, lets just say that. Ball is definitely rolling. Hope you are all well and looking forward to hitting up LA in November!
