700+

This quarter, I broke the 700+ mark for shows that have used my music. 722 shows now.

Some new shows placements from the list:
America's Got Talent (NBC)
Ride With Norman Reedus (AMC)
Vice News Tonight (HBO)
2018 College Basketball
2018 NBA Basketball
2018 NHL Hockey
2018 PGA Golf

and on a personal note, it was the best royalty payout since I started writing. This all started with TAXI and I am sure that I would never have this success without them. For that, I am FOREVER grateful. Thank you TAXI.

Composing for tv/film is definitely a marathon, not a race (quote by Chuck Schlacter). Keep on writing...let's do this!

So crazy! Congrats man!

I suppose finding a good pace that is sustainable is pretty important for a marathon.. That's currently where I am at this very moment, lol.

Way to go, and keep up the awesome work. :)

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

Steve-
I am not full time (yet). I still have a day job and I also created Composer Catalog, which is a track catalog solution for composers/songwriters.
I also have an incredible wife and daughter!

Still, that's really impressive.
Scary though, just how much it takes to 'turn pro'.
Congrats again.

I think it's not a case of how much it takes to go pro. That situation is different for different people, depending on family, house, medical bills, etc. I believe that I could go full time with the money I am earning, but I am just choosing that time not to be now.

Biggest tip is just to create good sounding tracks and be dependable. It goes a long way.

Very true. I'm at 300 tracks and a hand full of TV shows. Just keepin' me head down and composing.
