It's been a great September (and now into October) in terms of good quality placements.

I've recently landed four juicy syncs which will come with some nice upfront money. Two were for epic hip hop songs which will be on an HBO show. One was a placement with a Tween Pop version of Happy Birthday that I sung vocals on (gag!) for a new Apple Original called "The Morning Show" with Steve Carrell, Jennifer Aniston, and Reese Witherspoon. And the last one I just found out about today was for a horn-based pop track which will be on Netflix movie called "Holiday Rush".

For me, up until this point, about 98% of my placements came from reality TV, where we never really hear of the placement until a cue sheet is filed and we get paid. So it's nice to be nailing some of these more high-profile placements. And to know I'll be getting some substantial checks outside of the normal royalty payments.
