Taxi forwarded 3 of our solo piano tracks and a couple days later we received our 2nd library deal through Taxi! We're starting to understand the bar for compositions and production quality with the listings. It's a challenge we're embracing :)

Wow these are beautiful--the composition quality and the production. I've been making a few solo piano tracks with MIDI but there is a big difference in how a natural piano sounds. What's the piano and recording setup you have? I might have to look at trying to get a mic set up with my real piano...

Thank you! I love the Native Instruments MIDI piano sounds like "The Giant" (for upright vibe-y tones) and "The Gentleman" (for grand piano sounds) but for this listing we have a Mason & Hamlin BB piano... found an excellent deal on it. Most people don't realize that one of the designers for Mason also designed for Steinway; Mason just didn't have the big marketing budget like Steinway :) And our recording setup is a stereo pair of Wunder Audio CM7 Fet mics with Shadow Hills preamps into Pro Tools.

Congratulations! And kudos on the M&H BB. That's one of my favorite pianos to tune.
