Congrats ! Jut putting the finishing touches to my 4th , this ones a co-write so it's good to share the workload.
At least with covers you haven't got to keep coming up with new ideas, the well can start to run dry after 8 or 9 straight.
Hope you get some good placements and props for getting yourself that deal.
Mark

Nice work! Congrats on putting that music to good use. I read a book before joining taxi and the advice was to shop albums to libraries. Based on this and other evidence, it seems to be the way to go.

Congrats, awesome project, and respect for taking on the taskS! I am working on a few albums too, and the workload is so big, I wonder if I’ll ever get through it. Im glad they are not signed in advance.

Even though it's not a direct TAXI success, it nevertheless started with Taxi. A few months ago, there was a listing for Beethoven covers. I got a track forwarded on that, but haven't heard anything on it yet. However, as I was rather pleased with the endresult, I decided to contact a library owner I had been in contact with before. He liked the track, and I proposed an album of classical covers, to which he agreed.
I finished the last track today after about 3 months (these tracks are not easy to make, and truth be told there was another listing in between that I had to spend time on), and the library owner liked what he heard. Now it's on to the various edits, paperwork, et cetera, which I hope to have done in a few days. Feeling quite pleased with the results, and of course very pleased to have that first album out there.

So, in a way, definitely a TAXI success story!
Now to figure out how to get those 15/30 seconds edits done.. onwards!
Congrats Paul!
Not a genre I would even attempt to dip a pinky into...much respect! Btw how many pieces did you do for your collection? And yes those 15 and 30 second edits are a royal pain. Did you have to do stingers too?? I can only think of one natural stinger off the top of my head ( 5th Symphony) for a Beethoven piece lol!

Great job Paul! As someone who is trying to get better at virtual strings and instruments in the classical sense I can really understand the work involved and commend you on your success!
