A Perfect Fit!!!

Hello Taxi Peeps!
A little over a year ago I had the privilege to be on TAXI TV with Michael! (Feb 1, 2021). During the show Michael suggested that I get together another Taxi member Andre Stepanian. Michael thought we would work and collaborate together very well. So after the show Andre and I exchanged emailed. We both had very busy schedules but agreed we should do something together.
Well, about six or eight months passed, and I was working with one of favorite Taxi co-writers Kristin Chambers. We had just finished up a number of songs (that were all signed by various friendly Taxi publishers). So the conversation went like : " So what's next . we kicked around a couple of ideas and settled on doing a sweet Bossa Nova. I was thinking Astrud Gilberto / Stan Getz, -Getz & Laurindo Almeida- Winter Moon was playing in my head.
That's when I remembered Andre, I remembered listening to his music on his web page. His acoustic classical jazzy guitar would be perfect.
So a few three way zoom meetings and we talked about what the tune should be like. Andre would come up with groove, Krsitin and I would come up with lyrics and top line.
So we started working it, the title of the tune has changed four times, sections reworked, but all in all it was a delightful experience.
So from Andre, Kristin & myself a huge THANK YOU Michael for playing matchmaker.... This is the first of many songs to come.
In fact, this song will have a full vocal version, a full guitar instrumental, a full piano instrumental, which will make great alternate mixes for our publishers.
