Two Years In...and Finally Seeing Placements!!!

Two years after rejoining TAXI and taking it seriously (writing to briefs instead of throwing what I had at listings) I am finally seeing my first placements...on a German dating show. Placements are :30/:40 seconds each and seem to be popping up on multiple episodes of the same show. I couldn't be more excited to see all of my hard work starting to pay off. These placements are from cues that were signed to a library in which I have been working with since late 2020, all stemming from a TAXI forward. Thank You!!!

Quite honestly Mark, I don't even care about getting the money. Just knowing that I made music that was good enough to be on TV and getting the validation that this whole process does work...has me over the moon. Sure, some cash in my pocket would be nice too, but the satisfaction of knowing that my music got placed, is so much more exciting. I hope its a sign of more and more to come. You told me once that you check all of your new placements on Tunesat each morning with your coffee. That's where I want to be. Here's to future success for both of us.

So happy for you Jeff and must say well deserved too!
To experience the whole process from creation of an idea to an actual placement must feel really good and at that point as you said money doesn't matter that much.
Having said that though, fingers crossed that it will translate to some nice cash down the line so cheers for future success (with my coffee mug of course
)
