I've been with Taxi since March and have done decently well on the submissions front, but after 17 forwards with zero contact from any libraries, I was getting a wee bit anxious.

That is until last week, when a library reached out about a couple of drum line tracks they received back in July. They wanted to sign those two, plus another track I'd done for a different brief, plus two more that I wrote for them after they contacted me.

So after the dust has settled, I now have my first 5 tracks signed! Definitely a nice boost headed into the rally

Now you have opened the door see what else you can provide for them and possibly meet them at the rally if they plan to be there.

That's certainly the hope! And yes, definitely planning to have a chat at the rally as well.

Haha well, it has taken me, and still does, a gazillion of returns and rejections, and also the placements seem to appear in tides...
