TAXI.com

Hey everyone,

I've been a TAXI member for about a year and a half, but posted my first submission just over a year ago. So it's time to look back at my first year with TAXI.

I came to TAXI not knowing anything about the sync industry. Literally nothing, to the point where I didn't even know there was such a thing! All my sync education is thanks to TAXI.

Here's what my first year is looking like:

• 83 submissions
• 45 forwards (54%)
• 4 library contracts
• 33 tracks signed with these libraries
• No placements yet (that I know of)

Not bad for a first year! So for anyone who thinks TAXI doesn't work, well, what can I say, it does

A lot of the credit for this goes to the TAXI staff for making this platform available, and especially for the Road Rally where I met several future collaborators and signed one of the library contracts. Also, thank you to the members of this forum who have helped a lot along the way.

Now onto year #2! (I haven't submitted anything for a while as I was busy writing for the libraries I signed with, but now is a good time to get back on the submission trail)

That's a great first year Congrats . Just keep doing what whtever it is you''re doing.

And be sure to put those signed tracks into a Tunesat Account so you know if they get placed ahead of the long wait for them to hit your PRO account

Wow, I've got to add my congratulatoins! That's an incredible first year and its clear that you must be making some great music that's right on target, not juts for screeners but for libraries too. You've found the formula!
