Does this seem odd?

I just joined TAXI and got the message the I would have to wait till package came before getting membership number etc. BUT it also said that if there was a listing that I wanted to submit too ...to call them and they would extend the deadline for the listing?Doesnt that seem weird that they would be willing to do that?

hi Slimcharm and welcome. Seems to me Taxi is offering you customer service. Your membership is active even though you haven't got your package. If you wanted, for example, to submit someting to a listing with today's deadline - well, you can't, you don't have the info. But, they are willing to accept a late entry from you because that's not your fault. Isn't that a good thing? Hummin'bird

They did that for me also.Its a courtesy. In the same way that if you overdraft on your checking account with a bank they will waive the fee for you. If you dont do it that often.
