What a great way to start the new year!

I got a forward on a song a few weeks back. Right before the holidays, the president of an exclusive MAJOR A-list library sent me an email asking me to contact him. We spoke briefly on the phone and he wanted to hear MORE of my music!!!!!

I sent him 3 songs total, including 2 others that were of similar genre and had been "returned" from other listings.

Apparently, he like all 3 because I just got the word today that contracts are on the way for ALL 3 song!!!!!

SIGNED to an exclusive A-List library ...and I saw that a number of TAXI passengers names in there that I recognized..... looks like I'm in good company there.

So the owner of the Major A-list music library signed two songs that Taxi rejected?? That's kind of surprising to me.

Anyhow, major congrats to you!!

BTW: Just because Taxi rejected something doesn't mean it's not a good song, it just means it might not have been a good fit for the particular listing, for whatever reason. If the piece is good, it will eventually find a home.

Exactly what I was thinking Mazz...... as particular as TAXI screeners are on targeting the listing exactly..... I took the chance and sent them in since they were of similar style and genre...
