Hi, thought I'd share some solved problems froma non USA member
When changing profile info on your My Profile page [Profile Administration]. You must have something in the State field. Just xx will do. Otherwise it won't update.
If you are trying to call the taxi 1800 or 1818 number you must first dial a number to get out of your country- I didn't know that. From Australia it's 0011
