I know I can only submit songs that I have written or co written but
I have a publishing company through ASCAP.
Can I submit songs written by other people that are published by me through my publishing company.

No-one's answered yet so this is just my guess, not knowing for sure - but I would have thought you could only submit other people's work if you have a special arrangement directly with Taxi - It doesn't sound the norm.

Offhand, I can't see the objection if you're upfront about it - If you have a hit Taxi wants/needs for the client, surely it's to everyone's advantage - But I could be overlooking something.

I suppose so long as it doesn't amount to "cheating" the Taxi system designed to help us in a fair way and enable them to run a solid business without being undermined by multiple writers work going through just one account, perhaps they'd be cool with it.

You need to ask Taxi directly, I feel.

No, you cannot. A member must be one of the writers of a song to submit.
